Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must show no signs of wear. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@samsons.es. Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided after your return request has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized jewelry (such as engraved pieces).
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are also not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is required due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
